Florida puddle pros LLC is insured in the state of florida and holds Liability coverage. 

our work is guaranteed only when installing new aquascape product.

our quotes and contracts are done via signature on jobber. Additional contracts will be wrote up on a case by case basis.

We are not responsible for any liability that may occur from your water feature on your property and simply cover the time that we are on the construction site.

For service clients who own fish or other captive wildlife, we do not guarantee that disturbing their habitat will not result in a loss of life of those animals. We do our best to mitigate potential issues that may arise during cleanouts such as aeration of the holding tank, detoxifying the water as well as monitoring fish health throughout the process. When building within animal enclosures we do our best to ensure safe interaction with all animals and surrounding wildlife, but it is the job of the client to spot a potential issue and bring it to our attention during the walkthrough. 

Damage to turf is to be expected during the construction process. we use matts to mitigate this but turf damage is inevetable and unavoidable in some circumstances, we handle this on a case by case basis
